	PayPal: Pay easily and securely with your Paypal account. You can also pay with a credit card via PayPal without a PayPal account.
	Prepayment: The invoice amount can be easily transferred to our account after ordering. You will receive the account details after ordering. After receipt of payment your order will be delivered.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver throughout the EU including Switzerland, Norway and London.

Is there an option for free shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over €250.

Which shipping service are the orders sent with?

We ship with our reliable partners DPD and POST, which ensure fast and safe deliveries directly to your doorstep.
If you are not present, you will receive a notification card with the address of the pick-up point where You can pick up the ordered goods.

Is the packaging environmentally friendly?

We think about the environment. The filling material in our packaging is free of plastic and our boxes can be disposed of as normal waste paper.

Can I track the current shipping status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can easily track your package.

Are there customs fees for deliveries abroad?

For shipments to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom, customary customs duties and taxes apply, which the postman collects directly upon delivery. Please find out more about this.

We reserve the right to charge you for shipping and return costs incurred if your order is not accepted, rejected for no apparent reason or is not picked up from the parcel shop.
