Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of return, secure payment, and we are here for any questions

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods (in the case of separate delivery of goods from a single order, partial deliveries, or delivery in pieces, the period is calculated from the day the last good, the last partial delivery, or the last piece was taken into possession; in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the period is calculated from the day the first good was taken into possession). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MedSalus woolhome GmbH, Ankershofenstraße 33, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee/Austria, Email: office@medsaluswool.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date. You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen (14) day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
